I notice that God didn't just give talent to Bezalel and Oholiab but God also gave them the ability to teach. The work that needed doing was greater than the two of them could do alone so God wanted them to teach others and share the load. This applies to us today because the work of God is greater than any one or two of us can do alone. It is important not just to do work but to be willing to share the knowledge with others so the work of God can be accomplished. A refusal to share the load is an example of pride and selfishness which should never be in the life of a believer.
